many years ago when my daughter was about ten
we were in my truck taking a test drive after a long day of wrenching
she turned to me and asked
daddy, did they ever make a car with one carburetor?
I smiled and said no honey, not in my world
    we both laughed and laughed

Can't tell from the pics, are the crossover hoses between the intakes balance pipes or water carriers?

Vintage sheet metal manifolds for an olds. One off, as are the heads that they bolt to.

Are those plenums between the carbs tied together? From the pic it looks like two separate intakes. Looks cool, would love to know how it works!

  26. Not tied together two separate plenums one feeds the front 4 one feeds the rear. Nothing high tech about them at all, just two big holes to hold fuel mix while the engine decided what it wanted to do with it. This engine was built to be set on kill and the throttle was either all the way on or all the way off.

  27. The crusty 94s that will eventually top my Edelbrock intake.

I ran this for a little while in an alteres wheelbase Chevy II. It never did run as good as it looked.
