So lets keep this one going it's always so hard to get info and help with a 57. By the way zman I fargin love your car...
Here is mine....I've been working on this one on and off for a few years now but as anyone knows who owns a 57 its a costly road and parts are a problem...I have 4 bared the rear end and 9 inched it and airbaged it. I'm just makeing the new rear floor sections to allow the top 4 bar to lower the car all the way. Both the sills have been replaced as well as most of the floor sections. The car is in polly at the monment and soon I will prime it.
HI have one that is in the middle of a body off resto but i have NO idea how to post photos? Need a dash trim also???

This is our 57 special. The goals this year have been to locate missing stainless mouldings and various parts. Laurie and I had great success and fun in a short time with her knowledge of salvage yards around her childhood home. I'm in the process of nosing hood, shaving door handles, stripping back to metal appling wash primer, epoxy primer, primer surfacer for blocking out.Laurie has the colors from HOK kosmos red with black lower. I want to lower the car may do air but not sure if wallet will allow. Today the entire car in epoxy primer and to be sprayed with primer surfacer. Then install rear floor pans. The last picture car 98% complete maiden voyage 45 miles on the 401 nailhead to show co workers car really exist!
ZMAN, TWOCHOPS AND HIDEZ57 those are some sweet rides. You other guys have some catching up to do but it looks like you have some nice metal to work with and sounds like you have the drive too.
