You ought to use a more descriptive title, then someone just skimming by will see this and know what you seek.
I'd say that if you got all of that for 1200 you came out like a bandit while the seller thought he made money on the deal.
I have a copy of Ray McDowell's sales brochure for 1934. Ray's business was at 11128 Magnolia Blvd. in North Hollywood. He offered a D.O.H.C. 16 valve head for $565; An S.O.H.C. 8 valve for $325, and a rocker arm 8 valve (Yours) for $105.
