Identify this grill... (winter front?)

What is this? Any help is appreciated.

 

Well, it is certainly modeled after the MGTD grill....yours is probably an aftermarket kit car type of grill.

 

Resembles an MG TC but the badge is a headscratcher.

 

Ya, I can't figure out the badge... can't tell what it's for. The guy thought it was a "F" for Ford... LOL I wish!

 

Could be two letters "S" close together. Maybe even two "F"???
