My turd is the Nomad that was up on the hill with the campers.

The armour all is on his ass from your tire... and then he got it on mine... I didn't even wash Jake, And if I did I sure wouldn't armour all the tires.. I wasn't planning on going to show until that morning was headed west.

 

Nothing wrong with that Nomad. Sorry to say I never made it up the hill. We'll be going to the Rattlers show in Leominster this weekend.

I remember my dad and I running with this Olds to a bunch of shows around New England in the '80s. IIRC it was injected back then, sill one of my favorite in-your-face Hotrods ever.

 

Always like that car. I took me three tries to get a pic of it. Three old timers were arguing over what kind of motor it was and kept walking back in front of me to look at it. It's a 394 Olds.

1st time i seen one of these manifolds actually fitted to an engine / car looks the nuts .....though have seen one for sale a couple of years ago at our (biggest Hot Rod) swap meet .......

 

Man I am envious everytime I see a great post like with with all the pix! I am overseas and you guys are keeping my wanderlust alive with all these great posts. Never heard of Milltown but it looks really cool. Camping as well? I will look it up but nobody mentioned exactly where it is...Connecticut maybe? Great pix...I really enjoyed the post...thanks
