  4. WOW!! Thanks for taking all the time to post the pics. You shot some nice cars!
    I saw a lot that I missed.

It was a good show this year; good cars and lot cooler temps. Found some great deals at the swap meet!

Can add a few more from the event. Saw a lot of the same ones posted and can add a few more. I went mainly to look at Impalas for our one in progress so will skip on most of them. There are still areas we've not gotten to, nearly impossible to see all the entries. Always next year.

Always liked the old gassers and great to see them being driven.[IMG]

    Overkill maybe, but was different.

Another nice Impala, 64SS for sale in Swap Meet area.

Wooden body/bed for a T-bucket, was also with a handmade metal version for sale.

How much engine will fit in a Metropolitan?

This is the engine in the old pickup with the antique motorcycle in the rear that was in the swap meet.

Parking would be tough with this thing.

This was sitting outside in a parking lot.

    Lots of truth to this.

Will add this to the "What is it?" folder. Heard a couple fellas ask the lady that was sitting in it what it was and they couldn't get a comment from her.

Another cool ride in the swap meet area. Was sitting with the T-birds.

A pretty nice 61 Impala overall but wonder if it got hit in the rear or the top of the frame is rusted out causing the wrinkled side panels.

Had to add another nice Impala cruising around

    X10!!!!

I hadn't been to the nats in a few years because of this, & when I walked by this "thing" Saturday I literally said out loud "WTF"!! A friend with me, who had never been to a show this big, lost it..... then said "what the hell is it".

I'm with you guys on this one. I could tell what it is built from and could not figure out why it was in the show, so I looked at the tag in the window and it was listed a '49 chevy pick up.......

I guess calling it a color from the 90s is one way to put it! I call it a gallon of white with some green toner.LOL:D. Anyhow,Thanks for the compliment!!

I remember this car from my earliest memories at the Nats. It has been "driven" to every single nationals since they began. True hot rodder here and deserves much respect! Thanks for sharing the pics.

Oh great. So baby shit brown is the new flat black? I never thought I'd say this, but if this is gonna be the new "color of the week", I am gonna start to miss bright red.

My guess is it was outside because the owner was not going along with NSRA's FORCED MEMBERSHIP in order to enter the car. If so, I'm with him and would have done the same if I was to go.
Great pics too. Lotsa cool stuf and quite a few entries far from my taste. Some real WTF's to boot. Thanks for posting the pics.
