Just an update. It seems like this car has been in the shop for six months. Oh, wait. It HAS! I removed side aluminum trim and welded in the holes, removed the sail panels and filled in the ugly seam beneath. Once paint is complete, I have new rubber, new windshield, new wheels and tires waiting on it. Rechromed trim, bought new door handles. Scraped fifty years worth of crap off the block and transmission so it can be painted. Whew. I am officially broke for a while! Will probably be able to post pics of completed paint in about three weeks. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
