I've noticed some people here have an interest in Edsels. I thought I would post some pictures from the Edsel Convention that was held in Springfield, IL in June.

    Nice cars - I'd love to have a 58 or 59 wagon.

Kiddo #2 is due in two weeks - so I may sell the A and get one...

  3. Thanks for sharing the pics. Looks like an interesting assortment of Edsels. Funny how these cars have become so iconic.

Any info on the white '58 convertible with the strange looking top? Somebody's fantasy build?

  4. I have never been a big fan of Edsels but I gotta admit they have got a lot of style when it comes to the interiors. HRP

This Edsel was not at the convention in Springfield, IL but it was at the GoodGuys show in Des Moines, IA last weekend. It was really well done. So, if you like Edsels you will probably like this one too.

Thanks for sharing the pics! I accidentally ran into an Edsel convention once in Ohio, was probably in 1994... Would have been somewhere near Columbus.

I was driving to St. Louis from Jersey and stayed at a hotel that was hosting it. Was a great thing to see when I woke up!

Thanks for posting the pics. I need all the motivation I can get to get back to work on the 59 wagon. PLus if the Honey do list would lighten up, that would help also.
