    Hey gang! Where does one go to find out what kind of race rigs you can/cannot bring?

    I received the MOKAN Dragway events poster for the year and that date seems to be open..........Hmmm.

    i don't know why it wouldn't be that date, since it fits in with everything else that is usually concurrent with the drags, namely, the springfield swap meet and the end of speedweek.

    so, here's hoping.

    I just figured with an event of that size they would've had it set in stone a long time ago. Or maybe even pre-register while you are there for the following year.

    oh man...i may have to spring for a fresh tank of gas then! trying to use up all the gas i bought 2yrs ago before i buy anymore. i may even change the oil and sandblast the spark plugs this yr!!!! man this could really cost me! oh well...nothing but the best for the hamb drags!!

    If you change the oil and get new gas I don't stand a chance. You know fresh oil is heavy and slows you down don't you? Can't wait to see you all again.

    ha ha....should have the '38 there with the off topic motor! trying to finish up so i can drive to brittany's college grad in 3 weeks in okie city! for sure driving it to bowling green in june for that little get together there.

    ya...happens wayyyy to quick. only problem is you don't see it till it's almost done!

    sure would like to have the henry J there too but not sure what all i can get done by then. can't make up my mind whether to put a big crazy 6 in it or the caddy motor or one of my the little hemi's! any one would be cool....

    quick question from a HAMB drags newbie.
    Is there enough parking at the Holiday Inn for trailers Friday night?

    Yes, a very large parking lot. Parking is never a problem but you might have to walk a little.

    Yes. We have methanol, Sunoco 110 and Sunoco 112 leaded race fuel

    Got a friend who says there is nothing on the Mokan web page that says the HAMB drags are the 17th. Even though we have hotel reservations in Joplin.

    The HAMBS is a private race. That is why it is not on the MO-KAN schedule.
