Hmmmm. Have to check my calendar:)...OK.. Wheels Nats has to go :D
Its on my priority list this year. So its Friday and Saturday then. And clean up day Sunday:D Great. Then I can reach Power Meet Fredrikstad on my way home.

My first memory from A-Bombers was in 2000 at Nostalgic Bergs Festplats. Havent been back for some years, but hoping I can make it this year.
Oh I did an article from that OSW in the summer 2001 issue of The early Hot Rod DeLuxe. Man thats many years ago. Must getting old.

This one has always been on the to do list and have never made it yet.
I'm determined that the Zephyr will be going there at some point.

  24. Thank you for all the pics. I love the "feel" this event has just from the pics.

Such cool cars! This one makes me feel better about how my '33 will roll around for a while.

This one makes me wish I would have scooped up the car when it was here in the States. The guy in the passenger seat is the gentlemen who bought a 32 3w body from a friend and I.

  27. Of all the events covered on the HAMB, I've come to look forward to this one, the most all year. The A-Bombers sure do know traditional hot rodding, better than almost anyone. This and the "Race of Gentleman" are on my bucket list!:) Thank You to all who have posted their photos.

That looks like a great event to go to. Great looking cars and something fun and different to do with them if you want to.

I'm going to have to put the photos of the little red boat tail roadster in my inspiration file. If I ever get this engine swap in my do everything truck I am going to try to go all out on the roadster.

  30. another bucket list item to be added, now all I need to do is learn to speak Swedish. HRP
