I see you have grown a beard since your avatar pic was taken...

 

I really am, well, lucky anyway! Man I LOVE being a dad!! And I didnt become one till my mid-forties, had kinda accepted the idea that fatherhood wasnt gonna be part of my life. My wife kinda pressured me into it a bit, and MAN, do I OWE her for that!

 

Hmmmm. I have seen that look on my wife before. Recently...

 

Don't own the 50 anymore.

 

My Old Lady and my main squeeze up until a few years ago when a mattress knocked me off of it while doing 70 mph. Im looking for a four wheeled project next. I don't think I will ever be done with scooters though, Or the Ol Lady.

 

No pictures but I married my best friend and we're still best friends. We have two great kids, seven grandchildren, some rough spots and smooth sailing but never a hint of parting. This morning we awoke to celebrate 49 years married. I do believe we'll make 50 and then we can make plans for the second half of our marriage.

46 years later she's still the one and only. And the Norton is still out in the garage.

 

Whoh! SERIOUSLY diggin' the Norton with the ace bars! My dad had a 750 Atlas around that time, and I had a Commando in later years. When I was born, we didnt even own a car, my dad was riding a 500 International back and forth to work. He had to go out and buy a car. More details on the Norton please.

Taken @ Mt. Robson (Highest peak in the Canadian Rockies) on our recent trip to Sherwood Park, Alberta. Total mileage was aprox. 2500 KM return!
