What a fantastic event. The beach party was a great kick-off. Wish it could have lasted all night! The show turnout was small, but that's to be expected for a first year event - just look at events like the Hunnert and Billetproof and how they got started and where they grew to. But the cars that did turn out were super. We managed to have a great time all day and can't wait for an even bigger and better Krome N Kandy in 2014!

Great bunch of cars. Darn good bands. Nice show fo a first time event, look forward to many more. Got this great magnetic tape measure from the Suedes. Will use it in the future to try not to screw something up. Always great to see Marcie, thanks for coming up to add to a new event.

Great shots, Bull!!! Thank you so much for posting them and being such a great supporter of the show! I'm still trying to catch up with everything here and I'm still beaming with excitement about the beautiful cars, amazing people, and epic beach party! It wasn't the quantity that we thought were coming, but the quality and people's excitement made up for it 10 fold. We were up against a lot of others shows including our second biggest one in the twin cities, Car Craft as well as an in-town car show wedding, the Farmington Show, and the Meltdown Drags. I think all-in-all it was a hit! Not to mentions names, but one other social media site is still blowing up with pics and excitement about the show. It was awesome that a number of people came up from Illinois and headed back after the show to catch the end of the Meltdown Drags. I'll try to get permission to post more pics. I didn't have time while trying to keep everything going.

Ha ha!!! Was it that long! The people in the twist-off contest weren't getting tired...so I finally had to just call a winner! That was so fun!

You guys were great! The audience loved you! Thank you so much for playing!!!

Great Location! Kool Cars! Beach Party! Casino! Good People! Lunch/Dinner Boat Cruises on the Mississippi! 24 hour Security on grounds! Shuttle busses to and from show! Oh, did I mention Casino! this made a perfect combination for the 1st Annual Krome n Kandy Rod and Custom Show. So many people get caught up with the number of CARS at a show. If you were at this show you would of seen the quality of cars and met with the owners/builders. What great stories I heard about cars that I have seen through the years and some new. Kudo's go out to Stacie and Jeff for stepping out of the circle and bringing a fresh show to the Midwest. If any of you know me, you know I drive my Kustom to shows across the country. For me this 7 hour drive was worth every mile. Well enuff said. I will see you all in Salina!
