Ill get more pics . The hood is going . after the scoop was on he don't like it . as far as the visor goes its from a olds .
Love it... Not much on the scoop either, but the visor looks great...and that car is totally suited for this forum.. Awesome custom.. !!
love the car, I don't think I have ever seen a visor on a '58 before... looks kind of funky to me, but to each his own. my wife's dying to get a '58.... just another project on the list.. lol
While I've always liked the 58's, I always thought the grille area was too large. That bumper treatment really looks great.
got a few more pics today .. the fender skirts are made from the old 58 Chevy roof. has some olds side trim .olds deck lid skin .deck lid shortened a 1ft . 55 Chevy truck rear bumper lengthened. caddy tail lights. homemade continental kit .there's probably a lot more but that's the basics .
what I don't understand is why someone would use a 57 olds roof with the 3 piece rear window and then fill in 2 of the 3 windows
Built last year. took him a little over a 1 yr to do the whole thing .Thats called what your wife likes .he built this car for my mom .and after the roof was on she didnt like the windows in it .i hear ya i thought the samething .
