Mechanics in the Dallas/Farmers Branch area?

2000 Chevy, fuel pump and ebrake. I'm in Houston and can't get up there.

 

A shop in the area wanted $1200 to fix it. All the parts are less than $400. $800 in labor for something I can do in 3 hours tops is a bit much. I'll pay If someone can help out or just point me to someone decent!
