Coupe looks real good! Congrats on getting it rolling too.
That was one of the most exciting points of my own 32. It was like a huge step and man it felt great!

Like I told you Jeff. Had I not started on my coupe I would of bought yours. IT had the LOOK. A true old time hot rod. Like Frank says they used what they had and could find. Not a catalog build.

    Thanks

Well, harleys 32 coupe survived the tornado today. Part of a tree hit the shop directly above where that car is, but my son just cut it up and says there is just a small hole in the shop metal roof.

None of my buildings are damaged beyond minor stuff; there are 7 cars in the big shop. Massive trees fell down or were uprooted 100 feet from the big shop on neighbors woods.

A friend 2 towns away called 5 minutes before to give me a heads up, as he knows I don't have a TV or a cell

Sky was a weird yellow and I have never heard noise like that. I tried to get into the cellar but the back door on the house blew/broke open and by the time I could prop it closed, it had gone over the house and was ending.

news pic taken from 1.2 miles due south of my home. The funnel is right over my home at that exact moment, or dam close.

there were 2 funnels in this part of the state, about 30 minutes/15-20 miles apart.

Dave50 called me a week ago on another tornado warning near me. That one later hit 20-25 miles away.
