Spray on Metal Prep (locally available)?

In the past I have used Por-15 Metal Prep with good results. It cleaned, degreased, and left a coating for paint to stick to.

Does anyone know of a product I could get at a local hardware store that could do a similar job? I have a weldment to paint that has a lot of nooks and crannies. I think a spray on option to help me clean it up is the only way to go.

    Thank you,
    John
