...drove the old Ford up to Bellevue, Iowa to watch the Great Race cars drive thru last Sunday; these Lincoln Zepher guys were parked along the street; they were nice enuf to let me park with them. Here's a few pics...

I ran in the Great Race twice on a high school team. Some day I'd love to do it again. It's expensive, but it's a balls-out competition like no other.

...I was sittin across the street from my truck; it was fun watchin people walk by those Lincolns and stop to take photos of my truck!
Funny how that works - I can take my 2 pristine show cars and my original "paint" 46 Merc truck to a show and the crowd usually gathers around the old merc:
