I haven't used those before, but I"ve used Patriots before. They were OK (Don I did have to make a couple holes a bit larger on mine too) for the money they seem like decent headers. Those look like they might work on my '40 I'm building with SBC and stock steering box.

the Patriot headers i purchased for my FE (ceramic coated long tubes) were spot on perfect fit. as good as you can expect for a sub 500 dollar header but the fit was spot on and very well made. thick flanges and good welds.

dont have a bad thing to say about them. give them your money!

OK so I bought the Patriot H8052 headers. I really like them..BUT the come out too far from the block. The exhaust pipe will be a pain to run by the steering shaft. I do like all the room for the plugs! Looks like a VERY well built header~!
    Don, any ideas???

  7. Our H8065 is the header that is the narrowest dimension as far as sticking out from the block at 3 1/2". It is a Flat Collector design as versus the normal square style
The H8052 sticks out 4", so this will gain another 1/2"
