Something with a chrome finish works on almost all. And, it's always best to bolt it to the hood. Duct and double sided tape generally doesn't work too well. Although, not having any idea what type of car you might be asking about, it's hard to say. If you want to fit in here, you have to do better than that when you ask a question.
