so i have been holding off on making a thread on here because im computer illiterate, but here we go...

i have had my 54 savoy now for several years and bought it strictly as a driver beater while i build my 54 chevy i have had for almost 20 yrs. like anything, i cant leave anything alone. lowering it was not enough. the heavy tall roof never looked right to me. i always seem to have somone elses car in my shop and my stuff get back burnered, usually half finished. i didnt want that to happen to this car. i finally gave in and decided i needed to do somthing drastic to get some much needed personal satisfaction in finishing somthing. only this time i am setting a goal and would not stop till it was done. 34 days to chop and paint the top on my 54 savoy. only im doind it completely solo and still working a full time job. many many nights spent in the shop till midnight. most of my pics have been posted on the hamb fb page. i am really happy with how it came out, i hope you are too....

Thanks guy. Before I even started I mentally prepared my self for the "when are you going to paint the rest" speach. My answer is, when I can afford to do all the chrome and interior too. Might be a while...

Always been a Mopar fan but always hated the C pillars on 53-54 Plymouths. Your chop completely removes the offending part and looks like the roof the factory should have built. Probably would have sold a lot more cars in 54 if they had hired you for design work. Just perfect!!!!
