    This is how we spent fathers day wk end.....Racing in the 7.0 Pro class at the Hot Rod Reunion in BG.
    My father doing the tuning ,and my daughter taking care of some car duties as well as backing me up.

    Crewman/good freind/ world champion in 1978 aa/da .........then he went on to fuel cars......he's been on a starting line a couple times.....

    Are you running 100% alky fuel? Any dyno numbers on the motor?

    Gotta agree with DRE. You got to be on your toes even behind the wall (I've seen a car go over the wall on a burnout), no way would I'd be out there between the car and the wall.
    That said, great video. Impressive, love that motor. What tranny? Couldn't hear you shift. Direct drive or top gear only?

    That's an impressive run for any engine from any era, but is mind boggling for an engine that was originally designed in the 1940's.

    Wow! I am impressed with what you have acomplished with that ancient olds motor. Kudos to you and your crew. Amazing how you stay up on the tire and don't pull the motor down with the high gear only. Is that a high gear torque converter or a clutch??
    Beautiful car too, Be proud!! Really cool stuff man!!!

    I was really impressed with the 7.0 and 7.5 class. They were my favorite of the weekend. But picking a favorite is really hard. This year was I believe the best racing I have seen to date.:)
