I'm needing steering and grill shell ideas. Got to run 3 pedals so I think cowl steering is the only way. And thinking about an A shell...

I started a thread a few years ago. I think it's called "Lets see Model T's with Model A grill shells" or something like that.

We just scored a 27 body. Lots of stuff to get but you gotta start somewhere.

The T i'm working on was a pile of partspieces and at some point in its life it might have been a hot rod. Some of the body panels have been crudely formed and brazed together. I am a believer in respecting what others before me have done and i'd like to keep thier work intact but i can't figure where to draw the line.
I expect you guys have delt with this and i'd like your input.
Here is my thoughts, ther must be a way i can leave much of the existing rough work and showcase it like some guys can hang junk on thier walls and it looks great. I just don't know how.

i have had the stan vanamburg 26 "T" for 15 years. the top is chopped(the windshield is 7inches tall). it sets on top of 32 rails as ahighboy. consider fixing the top so u can take it off in gud weather. its an entirely different car.i set low in the car with my shoulders below the beltline. wouldnt have it any other way.......................
