1935 1936 Ford coupes...NON CUSTOMS!

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by nitrohonkey, Oct 5, 2011.

  1. Here's my humble '36 3W Coupe, waiting it's turn.....it will not be a sled.

Finishing up a '36 Roadster at the moment, also a Hot Rod, (pics soon to come).

    Johnnie.

After looking at all these great cars, maybe I have to switch over to 35-36 coupes!

No picture of mine not sure how to upload pics. Mines a
35 5 window built back in the 60s. Getting ready
To start on it it's rust free and was my dads since 72
I live in Carlisle Ohio and if anybody has any info
On the car would be cool to no the history
But without a pic probably be hard

Here's my 36 as it was in about the early to mid 70's (long before I owned it- or was even born for that matter)

Thanks for the compliment! You happen to have two of my favorite hot rods in your 32 5W and 40 coupe. I'll be interested to see how your 36 turns out.

  8. Thank you sir, and yes, am pretty happy with those Two Rods. The '36 Three window may be a ways off as far as getting attention. Am currently finishing up a '36 Roadster, here's before and after pics. Not a Coupe I know, but not a sled either, so hopefully this does not derail the current thread.

    Johnnie.

Any chance one of you guys still have a parts car with pieces up for grab? To go further on my five window, I need a good, stock firewall.

It's an old post but needs to be revived.
Out for a spin last night in my '36. A perfect night and the new LS2/4L60e running perfectly...
The new front suspension has it riding a little higher which gives it more of a sleeper look.

Here is mine I built about 8 years ago. I miss this car but I would update the drive train next time.
