    How are we doing?
My name is Tony, I am posting here from the south of Ireland. A friend of mine who is currently building a 37 stepside truck recomended this site.
I have always been obsessed with American classics and have owned and driven them for the past decade.
At present i have a 70 challenger, 65 mustang coupe, 1980 trans-am and a 66 skylark. Recently i got hold of a new project from an old man who spent many years sourcing one of theses cars. He became ill hence the reason i got it.
It's a 52 Hudson Hornet with the twin h-power straight six lump. It had one owner from new, spent its life in san diego and boasts a mere 32k from new. It was parked up in 1987 and has not been driven since.
I have it booked into a fab body shop for some fresh paint before i put her back together.
The car has the rare 7x engine with an aluminium clifford head. i have verified this by the half inch head bolts, 2" inlet valves , 1 11/16 exhaust valves and the stampings on the head.
I was wondering if someone can recommend a shop where i can get a new interior, seat covers, carpets etc
    thanks

On your interior-- have you tried lebaronbonney.com? Not sure on the hudson, but they have a LOT of interior kits.

It sounds like a great car. Have you done any searches for Hudson related groups or sites?

Sounds like you have very good taste in cars. A 70 Challenger is my Dream car someday I hope to own. Welcome to the H.A.M.B from a American living in South Korea!
