Any Idea what kind of car this is?

I need to find out what the cars are in these pictures.
The first picture was taken in Panama in 1957. Obviously an Ambulance, but what year and make is it?
The second picture was taken in 1955. It will be a bit harder, since there is less of the vehicle visable.

57 pontiac and maybe a 49-52 Chevrolet 4 door.

This is the one I had in 1967. I drove it from Massachusetts to LA pulling my new Lemans. I painted it the same color as the new Lemans.
