Projects Ever give up on the car and work on the Garage?

Yup....well not on the garage, but 2012 was my step back from the roadster year, so I built these in the comfort of the den and a comfy chair....








Absolutely believe that one has to take a break. My garage....well its always a mess, hot or cold, but the floor is flat, the roof is good, and the electricity works well...

 

I sold off a couple of projects and added onto the house. That's winding down soon so I got one project I kept that needs attention.

 

Garage? wish I had one.

 

Every time I try to clean out the garage, I run across things, and I say , I might need this someday! Losing battle!

The important thing for me is when I know I am going to be working on a problem an there is a potential to get really frustrated, the first thing I do is to hide the hammers. When I start looking for them, I know it is time to go inside.

I'm in the middle of cleaning and organizing the excess clutter, getting ready for my annual garage sale of cool shit. My biggest problem isn't the volume of my own stuff...it's the fact that my wife views the garage as "the biggest closet in the house"!

 

YES, why is it that the garage space is up for grabs when something needs a home!!
