1956. Vancouver BC. They did build them low . Most everyone in the Vancouver area lowered the crap out of their cars, look at this channel!!!
Wayne is still my Dads best friend and still into cars. He's the one that built this 30 and shortly after bought a 1955 Vicky.And lowered it. They would shoot for pushing a cigarette pack with the front bumper as cool.

This is my lil Xena she was a pit mix breed she passed away last friday she was 16 years old. Miss her big time.
