I have android app just updated it now I can't get singed in what's up

 

Anyone having a problem logging on the android app? please help tried to restart phone uninstalled the app reinstalled it. I have a Samsung 3s if it matters.

 

Help I can't get android app to work. I can not login for some reson I have uninstalled it and installed it several times what am I doin wrong.

 

I'm having the same problem on my iPhone.

 

My toaster as well.

 

Mine says:

System Message

You have entered an invalid
username or password. Please
press the back button, enter the
correct details and try again. Don't
forget that the password is case
sensitive.

 

No error message when I try to login I put user name and password in and hit submit and it blinks the the page but doesn't log me in. It worked before I updated. My android version is 4.1.1

 

Ryan just checked for an software update they say my device is up to date

 

Never buy a phone that is smarter than you are.

I'm having a helluva time logging in as well. Even changed my password thinking i forgot it and it won't let me put a space between Speed and Gems

 

Not sure what's happened I have tried everything that I can think of I believe it's something with the app. No problems with old version.

 

Sounds like your problem is phone related. Thus, I'm guessing you wont get an answer here.
