    Howdy all-

I've done some searches but had little to no luck on this subject......

I am looking to replace my original gauges in my 52 Chevy Sedan with new ones but I would like them to look original & fuction with my SBC. I am looking for the usual Speed, Oil Pressure, Battery, Temp, Fuel & if possible a tach. Does anyone know of a company that is making these mechanical gauges? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers,
    SN

I put the new vintage in my 51. I dislike the digital mileage but other wise they fit well.

I just got the factory bezels back from the chrome shop so that will make it look nicer

I found these guys online, as you can see they make very nice gauges but the price range from $500 to $1100! I'm not sure I can invest that kind of dough right now with so much left to do. I have heard of folks rehabing originals to work with V8's? Anyone seen a tech thread or article regarding this?

Can you put aftermarket gauges behind the factory dash bezels (does your car have factory gauges?)My '30 roadster w/ narrowed '54 Pontiac dash is like that. S/W gauges in custom brackets behind each factory lens. Works and looks great. If you want pics e-mail me @ [email protected]
