i am working on a sweet deal on this 1957 belair 4 door, original paint two owner var, factory 283 with a slip and slide powerglide.. very nice interior and under 100 miles on the rebuilt motor, runs and drives anywhere.. not bad for $2,500.00 i think it's a great 1st project for my 17 year old son, now he won't have to settle for one of those Honda wannbe's that his mom wants to get him...
Wow you Cali guys get all the good stuff!!! Classic Car in an affordable body style with easy to learn/work on mechanicals. Lucky kid to have you for a dad. Remind him on Father's Day Good Luck
it's not my first choice but i can't beat the fact that it's all original and runs and drives.. the owner told me it was a 1954, silly old lady...
I drove that car! Well, one like it I mean. Second car I ever had. More door post, three on the tree and black. Put a Hurst floor shifter in it and thought I was super cool!!! Traded my 31 Model A for it. Wish I still had both cars now!!!!!
Hell yeah that'll make a bitchin' first car! That's good because SBC parts are dirt cheap and there's a load of repop tri-five parts. He's gonna have some fun!
Nothing like a chevy 4-door! Check out my threads, I have a 1958 Chevy 4 door hard-top with original paint and interior, similar to yours!
Thanks for posting the license number, i am on my way over there right now! Hope you get to it before me. Just kidding but you might want to block out the license number, had i wanted i or anybody else could have found out where it is at.
