I have posted this elsewhere but it would seem to fit in here - my stock as a rock 1936 Hupmobile 618G Business Coupe. Has had a repaint about 30 years ago, but the engine and drivetrain are all original with 64k original miles. 245ci L head 6 with 101 hp, three speed floor shift. I used to drive it regularly but not for the past few years....

[IMG]Here is my '40 Dodge. It was my fathers first car, he bought it used when he was a teenager. It was severely damaged in a rollover accident by my uncle in the 60's. When my uncle called my father to let him know, and ask how much my father wanted in payment for destroying his car, my father told him he didn't want any $$- just fix the car. I think my uncle jacked up the VIN and installed a new car. Aside from a complete lack of brakes(in the process of fixing them as I type this), It runs and drives beautifully.

My 29 Deluxe Delivery. When I bought it all that was there was the basic body, bought a chassis seperately, then went fender hunting. Now have one NOS and one very early take off fender for the rear and left welled fender for the front. Not missing much other than the correct mirror head and the dome light switch. Fully dissassembled now for restoration, but had it on the road breifly while assembled for the pic's needed for a bonded title. Rod

I just bought this 29 sport coupe to fix up for something to do in my retirement.
Was going crazy doing nothing after an active car life.

First job was to strip off the bad paint and the car will get a good general cleanup.
Banger runs well and has some updates, like 12 volts, 40 Ford brakes, 32 style dizzy, signals ETC
