It's been 20 years for me. I can tell you that the pain eases and there will be a special spot in your heart for your son as you carry on and you can go into it whenever you're strong enough. Lean on friends and family as hard as they will let you. Rest in peace son.

Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. My son, chop50chevy, lost his son in August of 2007. From this experience I can tell you that you will get through these difficult times and find strength in your memories and support from family, friends, and those in the hobby.
