There will absolutely be a roadster of some sort there with me next year. I almost feel guilty driving the econopickup. I picked up a nice deuce frame the other day, it's on the table now... the wheels are in motion, just turning slowly.

 

Nice!!! I look forward to hearing about it and the plans tomorrow. Should be fun!

I can't believe I'm going to another show and not driving my '35. I tried to sucker Dustin into driving his '40 but I think he just pretended he didn't hear me.

 

I can't believe it either... Bet if you asked him to take the 80's four-runner he woulda jumped at the chance! Can't wait man, see ya soon.

maybe a dumb question but do we need d.o.t helmets at this track ...i didnt bring one to the ROG and i had to keep barrowing one ..

 

lol really huh yea my top comes down ..should do good in the dirt it was a blast in the sand for the ROG and that was like suger so my car likes the hard stuff only 40mph ill just use 2 gears than. also do the cars entering the race park on the infeild and camp with ya car im coning in around 4 or 5 fri day night

I rode 9 hours on a ridged seated hardtail yesterday to go and my ass and back are feeling it today. Had an awesome time as per usual.

I forgot my camera and only took one picture with my phone as I saw a ton of people taking pictures of everything there anyways.

Tank only holds 1.5 gallons with the tunnel I had to make for it, so my gallon spare came in handy about 4 times.



Can't wait until the drags in September! Hopefully will have my '62 F 85 on the road by then.

I realized I never posted my pics. So, here we are a few months late!

I went back to the Hilton's coupes about a thousand times. Just unbelievably nice cars.







Zach's place was truly the highlight of the trip. So much cool stuff packed into that shop.
