Thanks very much sweetie! I talked to Roger, original radiator in my wagon. bummer as we can't find one here in Cranberry Township, PA. Taking it out now and going to try to solder the lower neck to fix.

not a quick fix, but Superior Radiator right there in Michigan can quickly build a custom radiator to fit your car. About $300.

 

Nope, towed home....two flatbeds and an enclosed trailer split between the 325 miles home.

Yes, exactly the reason why I wasn't going to put a bandaid on the 53 year old original one and hope to get home AND have the pleasure of paying the price for the repair. Superior built the one in Big Olds 123,000 miles ago and I have not had one issue. They will build the one for The Cookie Pusher as well next week.
