    Hi all, The name is Rolo and I live in Oakland CA. I am new to the site. Working on a 1959 Chevy Nomad. :D

    well technically my wagon is a Kingswood that I am trying to convert into a Nomad.

    ahhhh guess I will stick to what I know when it comes to posting pics...

    This is my 1959 Chevy Kingswood that I picked up Feb. 2013. It is a 9 passenger with 348. I picked it up from the original owners son, his dad past away in 95 and the car has been sitting in their barn since. Put a battery and some gas and it fired right up. Noe its not a driver just yet but hoping to get in back on the road by June...

    very nice, it is hard to imagine cars like that still being around in that shape. i have a CA car shopping trip on my to do list, some where after "save up enough for a CA car shopping trip"

    okay, i guess i needed to look at the whole linked album, looks like a lighter version we see in MN, many of the usual places. the 3 back window areas are tough.

    Ya the rear basrball cap was rotted on my wagon. The guy that did the repairs had to fabric it. He did a great job imo if I didnt know any better I would of never known it was repaired. Maybe I will start a build up topic on it so everyone can see the progress. .
