Hey guys... Service bulletin... Don't buy The Jalopy Journal App! A major update is coming and once it launches, there is a pretty good chance that the app will become FREE. I don't want folks buying it now if its gonna be free later... So consider yourself notified.

Nothing in stone yet, but there's a real possibility.

I can live with the fact I paid $1.90 for a great app that may become available for free.

Your not going to add advertising or pops up are you? God that would suck. I would have to go back to using the webpage. :(

The JJ app is the only one I actually spent money on and I didn't mind a bit. All the rest I have are free ones.

Don't you control this kind of thing? Can't shut down sales of your own product?

I bought it when it first launched, browse it everyday. Sometimes it has weird issues and won't open just crashes about 5 times before it will actually load.

    No.

Not really, no. If I shut down sales, I have to resubmit the new app and it takes weeks... I don't want to loose my spot in the que.

The new app is completely rebuilt from the ground up. It should be much better at memory management.

This'll be exciting. I love having it available wherever and whenever I am.

Don't always have my computer, but I always have my phone.

I have the App but, since I got an IPhone I don't reall use the App. The Safari browser operates just like my windows laptop. I can post pics and everything else I couldn't so with my droid. I'm posting this from my phone.

You can just buy Tapatalk and use it on ALL your forums. Far as I can tell the TJJ app is just a version of tapatalk that only works with the hamb. (Yes I purchased both  )

Thanks for the heads up, was planning on buying it in the next few weeks. Things are finally starting to turn around here some so I am not pinching every penny twice, just every other penny. Managing OK without the app for now. Rod

Don't know why people complain about android. I've uploaded pics from my gallery or straight from the camera, it works. You probably didn't know how to do it.
