Dude, Perfectly put.. I built a couple pretty bad ass cars/minitruck type stuff years ago, and letting go was the hardest part. Once I went out cruzing, (at least with my own truck) It was all over.
Years later, here I am sweatin that same crap- perhaps why I'm so antsy to get it on the road?
-P.s. Its been exciting for me since day one. But last week my wife even told me that SHE was excited, and that alone blew the top off the
    "excite-O-meter" .. HA!

Trev, Thanks, You know I'm still jealous of your car, right?! :D

Wasn't going to share with everyone until the finished product is completely finished, but I drove it for the first time yesterday, and I'm way too excited to not share how awesome it was!

I know I found this thread near the end of the build but I've got to say that I'm in awe of what you've done!

Well, I started taking interior classes. Being the teacher and the student can be difficult, the instructor can also be an asshole.
Started with a couple pieces off the back of the front seat.

Its done enough to drive, took it to Torquefest over the weekend and had a decent time despite the weather and family issues. Sorry for everyone I missed. Thanks John for putting on such a great show!

Thanks everyone! I've been busy all summer driving it, a dream come true for me.
88to52 - you made my day when I read your comment. I was down on myself last night when I read that, and sometimes you just need a little reminder to pull yourself out of a shitty day, so thanks.!
Chris, I'm not even sure what color it is. Ultimately, one day I want to paint the car the color of the wheels, its a brand new Nissan Maxima color. It has a ton of flop, amost to a RED when the sun is on it, but the wheels tuck so much you'd never know it! Anyway, I knew I didn't want to paint it super super nice right away, in case there were problems or whatever (and I've already scratched it) so I went through the chip books to find a similar color that was able to be mixed in single stage. Then I had the jobber throw in a ton of flattener, and SHAZZAM, there you have it! The color looks really nice when clean and in the sun, tons of flake, and people really like it, it may stay that way for a lot longer than anticipated. Thanks!
