I paid 20 for me and 20 for the ole lady, we were there for about 4 hours and had a good time despite the rain. The front gate guys whom I paid were friendly and polite. If you want I'll send you the 20 bucks out of my pocket to you so you can STFU.

    +1

$20 is probably still cheaper than a good guys event

Hey Big Tom, I have a sun burn as well! The morning was partly cloudy/partly sunny, then there was rain for literally 5 minutes. After that the sun popped out for the remainder of the afternoon. By 3:00 it was mostly sunny and 68 degrees with a nice (very light) breeze, Saturday was a beautilful day.

Had a blast! Got plenty drunk watching the flame show and some bands Friday. The weather was actually pretty awesome today too. And got a nice haircut. Can't wait for next year.

great day...no wind, just a sprinkle, warm temps and not too much sun.

this is a super value for the cost! Cars, people, music, side shows, vendors, swap meet, track entertainment, pin-up girls, art, bikes, great food, cheap beer, mini-bikes, camping...what did I forget/

it is a STEAL for $20 and would be cheap at twice that.

    Thanks for the report, everybody.

yup, I forgot that Hotrodeo made the local paper! On the second page. Of course my car was on the front page.

  25. ....had a great time at this year's T-Fest; Thursday and Friday were pretty miserable...cold and windy Thur.,(set-up day)...rain and pretty cool ALL day Fri, it never stopped rainin.
Sat. was my B-day at the T-Fest and my birthday wish came true; the sun came out and turned into a great day!...somebody up THERE likes us.

Heck of a show again even with 2 bad days; thanks to all you diehards....I heard over 600 cars.
I want to thank anyone who helped in anyway to put this show on, you're a great bunch of people.

My "woodart" board I donated to the auction brought $375 bucks!, Thank you Steve!
...thanks to all auction buyers; it was awesome to watch.
Anyone who stayed away missed one heck of a show.

Hotroded:...you ate breakfast in my hometown of POLO.

Just got home. We had a great time the drive up was pretty intense at times to say the least. I was so sore and exhausted from the drive up, I fell asleep at 830 on Fri nite LOL ! I got to see alot of old friends and met a few new ones. Barry D and his wife, Rusty1, hotreded and a few others. Thanks John and all the volunteers Great job as usual.

Thanks John for another great show. A little bad weather can't stop a good thing, even in the rain the cars & pepole will come. We had fun lookin threw the swap stuff, we always find something that we can't live without. Fri. was alittle tuff but it was only rain not gease falling from the sky. The swapers always show up rain or shine. Good music, good pepole & lots of cars what more can you ask for. Thanks again John keep it up, we will always be there to help you.

  29. Is it too early to wonder about next year yet? :D I drove over on Sat from DesMoines -
Closer I got to the show, the better the weather. Turned out to be a great day.
Good music, cool cars, a great swap meet.
A big huge THANK YOU to all the volunteers, staff etc. Who help put this on.
See ya nxt year for sure!

  30. I don''t know you, but your opinion that the people who put this event together "don't give a crap" couldn't be further from the truth. PM me your address and I'll send you your $10.00 bucks. Peace, Marty
