    Poor guy. It's his own fault. Open gas can and no fire extinguisher.

    Common sense to have a fire extinguisher on a first fire up. Even did it with the engine I just fitted although I had seen it running perfectly before I bought it. I always remove the safety pin as well.

    if you watch the full video (that's a edited one above) he starts with some giant sparks out of his starter switch then proceeds to dump gas all over before he tries to light it off with no manifolds on. Recipe for disaster from the start

    Chevys are easier to put in Miatas too. Even when on fire.

    He forgot to look down the carb as he cranked it over. Moron. Hope he heals up.
