    He did that all day!
Jody and Doug did an outstanding job of bringing all these cars together in one place. Amazing gathering of fantastic cars.
    Stellar day!

We followed Frank up there and back. I just rode along in my buddies FE Failane. All the locals honked and waved. I thought if they only knew what was powering his 63...:D No it did not arrive in an enclosed trailer!!! He raced there years ago. Maybe next year for my lowly 352 powered 56 2dr.

There was a very nice flathead powered 32 5 window there.

Nothing like a big ol' SOCH motor to brighten the day :)

  11. Gotta be more FE reunion pics out there?

  12. Man, I hate I missed that show. :( Those '60 Starliners really do it for me. They have always been my favorite whale body. Maybe next year.

    Jody Abert's awesome Fairlane
What a great event this was! Not a Camaro or Chevelle in sight! When was the last time you saw two 1960 Ford 352/360 hp cars run down the track together? Honestly, this was a rare sight even in 1960!

    Great looking/running Fords!
The last time I think I saw two 352/360hp Fords run together I was 15 years old and I'm not even sure about that! This is/was a rare sight for sure. There were far more 348/335 and 348/350 Chevys and 348 Pontiacs than 360hp Fords, at least up here in the north-east there was.

A lot of those "Boat Anchor" powered cars seemed to be pulling the front wheels pretty well!

The black and white 58 really got my attention....it must really stand out in the sea of Novas on a usual weekend at the track.

  22. Thanks Bob for posting the videos. The black '60's are owned by Nick Smith from Florida. He has a passion for '60 Fords for sure!! My father built the engines for both cars with strict orders by Nick to use the 1960 NHRA rule book as a guide. They are real 352-360 engines.

Also thanks for being there and thanks to everyone else who attended!!

Beaver Bob, Doug Bender and I are going to bust our buts for the next year to make this event even bigger and better for next year!! Tell everyone who has an FE they need to be there next year!!!

  23. This car is owned by Mr. USA-1, Bruce Larson.

I really enjoyed the show. I look forward to next year. Everyone talked about not having to wade through a sea of Camaro's and Chevelle's to see a period Ford.
