Colorado-Whitewall tires

All, this is my first post...please be gentle.

Is there someone in Denver who can shave my existing skinny whitewalls on my Desoto to wide whites? Just trying to get a resource.

You could try doing it yourself.. I would practice on a few old tires first

Not sure if they are still there or not, but about 8 years ago I used a place called Roberts Tire on Federal. He was one of the only guys around that still had a machine to do this.

 

Ive been trying to call there for 2 days now and it just says the line is busy.

 

Last I heard, Fino's Tire and Wheel still does it.

Call Sams Kustom Hydraulics, He will know where to get them done.

 

I called Sam's and that said they didn't know who did it.

 

Figured for sure Sam would know, been lowriding for a LONG time.

Others have also told me Finos still does it, or Robert's Tire.

 

The finos number is wrong. It says you have reached a number that cannot be connected and Roberts line has been bust for 4 days now.

 

if you're still looking and up for the drive, i've been told Mi Gente in Co Springs does it too. but like the others, maybe not anymore.

I got mine done at finos a couple of years ago. the widest they will go is a 2" strip.
