I saw your car at the Detroit show and I have to say that no other car in that huge show grabbed me by the gut like that little Fiat. You have captured the essence of hot rodding in one small package. Thank You!

Topolinos were relatively common at drag strips particularly in the '50s and '60s. Very nostalgic drag racing icons. They made really cool altereds.

  20. wow i loaded the pic of the mags before work in a big hurry...that thing is blurry!!!!!!

Bob, haven't odered the tires yet...But i'm leaning towards the FIRESTONE F560...so far they seems to be getting good reveiws from others here....the rears, well i've been drooling over the Radir 12.00-15 for so many years, i'm having a hard time looking at anything else...i just love the look of em

It's your car, get the Radir 12-15's, it will look killer.

  23. Bob, you KNOW you're on my "we're hungry and need gas stop";)

Esgee, if ya go back to around page 8??or just before it or after there's a crappy cell vid a freind of mine made of it running...i didn't know he was doing it till after i shut it down..

capt....now i gotta either change something or stay out of bowling green hahahah

    yep...out of the great white north...topo style:D

  24. damn , i finally get a positive vote for the 12.00 radirs......

honestly, the car is only going to ride so good to a point....and i have to agree with ya, i think it would just flat out like frickin killer!!!!!like i've said, the slicks are damn near the same size as the 12.00's
besides, i had the rear end trimed just for em:cool:

    Mark,
look at these MH rear tires on zoomers topo. The tread design looks pretty good and they are a radial tire and they look real nostalgic. Also check out his fronts. They are a firestone but I cannot read what size it says on the sidwall. his car should give you a good idea how they will look on your car.

  26. Not bad lookin..just appears street roddy to me...sure i have disc brakes up front...but plan on eventually covering them with a set of those buick 45 fin disc brake covers and backing plates..i just don't like front drum brakes...

So I'm still leaning towards the big Radirs

Anyway....let's try this pic and see if it comes up blurry....
