    Update 12/07/2013

THE ARCHIVE IS DOWN. The company I moving their servers. Hopefully it will come back online soon.

    ---------------------------------------------------

As my name clearly shows I love Inline engines and their respective speed parts. Mainly the Chevy Stovebolt 6's (37-62) I'm not a man of means so my collection isn't all that big. A few years ago I started a collection with the "button on the right".

Then one day it hit me...I thought it would be great to have an archive. (Rikster style) There is so much info spread out over the internet, why not put it all in one place to enjoy. It is a work in progress so check back on occasion to see what new.

We all know about the Stovebolt intakes thread (Thanks Dick, xderelict), I just wanted to take it a step further.

If you have pictures, want credit for you picture that I used, have corrections or anything to add please PM me or email me at [email protected]

Thanks to Chris Lieb (Heathen) for tons of pics and history. He is THE MAN!

    So here you go!

    Great idea 235kid.

You can look through the 216 link in my signature and see if there's anything you want to use. My builds (Mo's Builds #I and #II) might fill in some gaps (Tattersfield, Thomas, Jahn's, McGurk, Innerline, etc.)

There are other threads there with a few pics from the web, if you have more time.

Thanks Fat47. I'm not able to work on any of my cars right now so this is the next best thing!!

  8. That is VERY cool! It may be modern but you should add a shot of Toms Wixski Valve Cover. One of the coolest Stovebolt parts ever IMHO.

Tman, I am. It is on the list. I wish I had picked one of those when I had the chance. He offered me one multiple time. I never did pull the trigger.

Speaking of lists. If you guys could help me with the list that would be great. Make sure I didn't miss anybody.

  10. If you need a shot I can post one from our Tom/me lakester

Got some more albums up. If you go to the archive you can tell what is new by the little "NEW" icon next to the album or folder.

Some great catalogs articles and adds are going up right now.

very cool. I wished someone would reproduce those clear distributor caps. Better still, in colors. They used to sell them for the small block and I used to have a blue one on my Nomad.

It would also be great if someone could put the complete Fenton manuals online, I would like to see that!

I am going to expand the archive to cover all inline 6 engines. Namely the Pre Mopar Flathead 6 and Ford Flathead 6 motors. They will be in a separate section and tended to by Mikey Lehmann. xxwelderxx here on the HAMB

I'm looking for a copy of the April and May 1951 of Hot Rod magazine. There is a 2 part article on the Horning 12 Port head and company. A quality scan would be awesome!
