Agh one can only wish to be cruisin in warm weather on a kook minibike and not get hasseled by the man you guys are livin the dream! Sent from my DROID device using the TJJ mobile app
Sorry to have missed it...but not TOO sorry. I was at GCC making hot rod money at the swap. Looks like y'all had a blast. Well, except for Ron with the Monday face.
The better vid. As you can see, the sky was beautiful, and I may have hit a few children, hence the shakeyness. Sorry, A link is the only way it will work. Photobucket is being a real bitch about the videos. If anyone can embed it, I'll delete my post. Thanks.
Nope, he was watching Bodi damn near cause himself a stroke trying to start his bike with a non fuctional choke and a loose spark plug!
Try this as a link and see if this works. http://s1208.photobucket.com/user/bbrodice/media/MVI_4869.mp4.html
Here are a few of mine. The first one is my DB30 and the second is my 1972 Moto Skeeter 550, bot are getting rebuilt for the build off on www.oldminibikes.com/forum right now. The 3rd picture is my 1973 Keystone Deluxe, it's just a roller right now while I build the warmed over flathead for it. The last pic is of my Baja Heat, it will be for sale soon since I like the old small wheeled bikes better. er.
What do you think about my new build? From this to ....... I used a 18HP Briggs&Stratton 35CID with a TAV40 converter, shifter cart disc brake, and many parts from "Lowbrow Choppers" such as the gas tank and seat, Calculator says 55MPH!
Well, had yet another bitchin' day with mini bikes involved... I was asked to be a "mini bike wrangler" on the set of a semi top secret video shoot for a rock band. Have you ever taught pasty-skinned 15 year old Luche Libres to ride a mini bike? Didn't think so...The best part though was when I explained the whole thing to the "key" people in my life, nobody batted an eye... Just another normal day for Chip, ho hum.
"The Great Sonoran Taco Robbery" or... "The Sonoran Job" (like the "Italian Job" but with mini bikes and not in Italy.)
Keepin' 'em outta the cholla was my biggest concern. GREAT fkin' times... Thanks Chip for the help out there!
Just finished my first minibike. More of a cruiser than racer but the Evel decal adds to the thrill factor.
I've got an opportunity to shoe horn a bigger motor into my minibike. If I go this route I'll need to run a jack shaft. Anyone that has a close up pic of a jack shaft set up on their minibike would be greatly appreciated. Brian
