Customs "Shorty" Lakes Pipes?

Anyone know where a fella might be able to find a set of the old "shorty" lakes pipes? (36-inch) I would love to put a set on the Ford. Me & my old man have a set on the old plymouth, but after about 20+ years, they're lookin pretty haggard.

I seen some ribbed pipes on Ebay in motorcycles "side pipes" I think you could make to work.

 

did you try jc whitney? they look easy enough to make and then you'd get some high quality chroming done and they'd look great. I had forgotten that design, i wasn't fond of them 'back in the day' but they look great to me now! thanks for bringing them up.

Any good muffler shop should be able to make them for you. Then get them hi-temp coated.
