Lookin' for shop space in Ventura/Oxnard Ca area?

I'm renting space at a shop here in Ventura city to finish my truck and the guy is getting evicted. Must be out by September. My truck is almost finished and should be back on the road within a month. But, I like the idea of having a shop to work on my truck and such. Nothing big, like the size of a 3 car garage.
