And again some metal work on the cab last saturday.
Started to dut out the rusted metal.
Also started to fabricate the bed side rails, because the original ones were rusted out.

    Bed rails almost done.
Just have to square it up and put some bolts on it. And then it will be ready for power coating uploadfromtaptalk1362233779574.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1362233789632.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1362233799807.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1362233808685.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1362233808685.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1362233818860.jpg

    Test fitted the bed sides.

Next step is to powder coat the bed frame.

Hey hugjean5, welcome to the HAMB. You might want to do an intro though so folks can get to know you. Also maybe post pictures of your projects, we always like to see what people are working on. Aloha, Eli

    Some update from the F.

Welded the new a-pillar and the repaired b-pillar in.

The right cab corner and the panel on the a pillar is coming the next days.

    This is an awesome build.
What do you do to kill/prenent rust on the insides of the body sheet metal?
like where you have cut away and replaced cab corners, you see rust all inside
    the layers.
