Since i don't recall seeing a 32' to 34' chevy picture thread on the H.A.M.B. Show me your 32' to 34' chevy.
35 standard same body as 34 , before and after. There are a few more pictures on my profile page along with my falcon and 56 fairlane.
32 Chevy by style belongs with the 29-32 first of the inline 6s group. 33-35 Std. have similar style. 35 Master is a mix of early nose and 36 steel-top body. 36 is the last of the primarily wood-structured Fisher body cars. 37-39 Last of the 30s.
Here is the steel 33 I built for my dad just before he died.....It started out as a coupe, but he wanted a roadster....those are 32 ford windshield stanchions
__I had a 36 low cab pickup once and they look a lot like a 34 / 35 standard car from the front view . I'd like to see a few of them done up good. The high cab ones look good too but the low cab ones i like the best . Take this back to the top and get a few more in here maybe .__
Not a really a traditional build but here's the '32 tin I started with and where it is now. This one's on the ten year plan...maybe
That's the web address where the image is located such as on Photobucket. If it is on your computer you can add it as an attachment. Just click on the paperclip icon and it will bring up a screen with a search option. Locate it in your computer and upload it to HAMB.
The black car is a low mileage family original. The red one belongs to a friend and it is a work of art. Normbc9
Heres my Dads 32 Sedan. Car has been in the family longer than I have. It is like a brother to me. I've never known life without it... When Dad first pulled it home After initial paint job Mom and Dad rebuilt it over the next 10 years in a retired paint booth heated only with a small kerosene heater. This is the first time out (around 1982) Remained unchanged for about 20 years until the rust got to a point that we fixed it and hosed it flat black, then the Suedes all came and we chopped it 3 inches. As it sits today. As fate would have it, the SW odometer tripped 60,000 miles the day Dad drove it home on his 60th birthday. She needs to be torn apart and redone again, but Dad doesn't want to give it up long enough to do so! Words can't describe how I feel about this car...
My old 33, 3 window...sold it as it's shown in the photos when I bought a 32 ford 5 window instead.. WRONG! Should have kept the chevy
