Putting on new tires and wheels is always pretty exciting. They define how the car is going to finally look. Those look really cool, now let's see them on the car. :)

You got new tires and rims from Coker and didn't have them mounted and balanced before shipping? Did you at least get your Alliance member discount? Gary

The wheels were $133.50 a piece with my HAMB discount. I chose 15x5 because i wanted the stock size wheel like whats on the car now.......

They're gonna look great. I believe stock was 15x6. I'm currently looking for the same in 15x6. Are those bias ply cokers?

Really? I have gotten mixed answers on the size of the wheels. I believe my stock wheels are only 5" wide, but i'm not sure. They are bias ply cokers......

My car is a documented 36,xxx mile car. I have the original bill of sale framed at my house. It is 1954 150 sedan with a back seat delete. It was not a police car and it has the original 235. And yes, the 235 will stay in the car, but will be modified very soon.....

    53-54 stock wheels were 15x5. 6" and 7" wide wheels were a 60's thing.

Yeah, that's what i thought. I could have went a little wider but i think i will be ok. Stock tire size was 670-15 but i went with 710-15 because my car is geared so low. I little taller tire will help with the ratio i hope.......

Wheel size in 1954 was 15x5, standard tire size was 6.70 - 15, with an option for 7.10 - 15.

I think they're gonna look awesome - can't wait for pictures!!
