    So you take it all apart again after inspection :))

    Very good point to stretch that Rear crossmember

    what's the gearbox out of?
    also, the top assembly looks like a 36 ford.
    On your headlights, 39 ford deluxe and 39 merc are the same, I wonder if you got 39 Ford standard lenses-they would be a little smaller like those are.

    Gearbox is a M40 volvo 4speed,
    I got merc lenses, I bought one more from -39 standard and they dont fit,

    removed two leaves and cleaned the rear spring

    That looks like some nice work on the rear fender. Love these merc converts, my mate has one in progress at the moment.

    Great build on such a classy ride. The mercs on that period are on point for customizing. Looks great. Well done

    I dont like the shape on rear fender and the fenderskirts do not fit,
    so I trying to make better ones, this is just a test but I think it will work
